I’m afraid Obama is going to make his choice based on which state will help him the most. He needs Biden right now with the talk of the Cold War again. But my guess is he picks boring Bayh.

I agree with Jason. Richardson is far too divergent with Obama on taxes & guns for him to attract “moderates”

Pro-gun and/or anti-taxes voters aren’t going to be lulled into voting for Obama simply because Richardson is on the ticket.

I think Richardson would be the best choice. He would solidify NM, give solid credentials on both foreign and domestic policy, and bring moderation on taxes and guns.

Yes, the rumors are circulating fast. Obama will be endorsed by Powell at the convention. It is supposed to be a surprise, but you can’t keep this a secret.
