Hey, words speak louder than action

You see when we say we support the troops….we mean it and that should be enough for you to need to hear!

We’ve never faced a situation like this, not in the Vietnam War, World War II, or the Korean War, where so many military are in danger of losing their homes,” said Paul Sullivan, executive director of Veterans for Common Sense, a Washington-based advocacy group started in 2002 by Iraq and Afghanistan War veterans. “No one asked them for their credit score when we asked them to fight for us.”

Personally, I don’t feel sorry for them.  It’s what they signed up for…the mortgage I mean, well, I guess the service part too.   But honestly, it’s their fault for believing in trickle down economics and that the government was going to take care of them.   It’s not like they are promised 100% medical, 3 squares, clothing, housing and death benefits.  I guess, they figured they could just join the military, die for their country and all of a sudden, the Bush administration would give a shit about them.  I blame the victim in all this.  The military is the last place a soldier, sailor or marine should expect cradle to grave care.

It’s not like lenders preyed on these people or ever have in the past.  Figuring out an E-5 can afford is like trying to find porn on the internet.  Who has time for that.  NO, it’s the dumb ass E’5s fault for not knowing what he can afford, fighting for his country and being the victim.

GET BILL O’REILLY ON THE FUCKING PHONE TO TEAR APART THIS ASSHOLE ENLISTED GUY THAT WENT AND BOUGHT A FUCKING HOUSE HE COULDN’T AFFORD!!!!

*I try to look on the brightside of this though.  If they get killed while serving their spouses get like $200k in insurance money.  That would easily keep them from being foreclosed on. *

Well, my son signed up to pay off his student loans because, after sending out 200 resumes, the best he could was get a job jerking coffee at Borders.
