The First 50 Things I Do Every Morning

…are set in stone and never vary.

The 51st thing is look for a pair of socks. After that some slight variations start to creep in, but I have to say that the next 200 - 300 things are pretty predictable as well.

    I couldn’t list fifty separate things I do in the morning, period, unless I started to count brushing each individual tooth as a separate item! :)

    Maybe I should count putting on a belt as multiple items:
    remove belt from yesterday’s jeans;
    make sure belt is facing the right way;
    start belt through first loop on clean pants;
    proceed to second belt loop;
    proceed to third belt loop;
    etc through a total of seven loops;
    buckle belt.

    I think that I’m getting the hang of this!

    That was what I used to do first thing in the morning walking to high school with my best friend.

    What I think leads off Jason’s list (top 20):

    -1) Create post hating Mike Castle
    -2) Create faux-Tom Carper letter
    -3) S*it
    -4) Shower
    -5) Shave
    -6) Consult with Mike Quaranta [sp?]
    -7) Send “Miss You” bouquet to Elizabeth Wenk
    -8) Try to recover prize package for Smitty that I sent to incorrect Smitty, thanks to phone book listings. Who knew how many Smitty’s are in the phone book?
    -9) Think about building that deck.
    -10) Question if I am really a D or not.
    -11) New post about Mike Castle.
    -12) Fascinate about running over neighbor’s yapping toy poodle. SHUT UP ALREADY!!!
    -13) Wonder if Burris does ever become Governer, can I stand on lawn of the mansion and have him sign my belly every day.
    -14) Tell Cathcart I really do appreciate his constituent services, but people would really hurt me if I made that public.
    -15) Love me some Donviti.
    -16) Realize I am at work and need to stop this blogging.
    -17) Call WDEL to talk to Al about how I think Allan is off his rocker.
    -18) Strike #16 - what was I thinking?
    -19) Mike Castle post.
    -20) Thank God for the ball bustings I get from Smitty. I love that guy, I really, really do. He’s my favorite Republican of all time. Kisses.

    I am thinking #20 carries some major weight. Numbers 18 and 14 are tied as a close second.
