Breakfast is exactly 2.5 times more important than lunch but only .6 more important than dinner.

In some sense it is. But, remember, breakfast is only the term for “breaking your fast,” whenever you break it.

it’s been proven that when children eat breakfast they do better in school.
it also has been proven that when people eat breakfast it is easier to control their weight
