How Greedy is Pepco Holdings ?

I just heard a Shell Oil Co. economist on the radio saying that by 2050 the demand for all forms of energy will probably have doubled.
That means DP&L, Conectiv and all of the Pepco companies are going to be making lots of money for a long time.
But Pepco holding does not want to make more money – Pepco wants to make ALL of the the money.
