More News Journal Deathwatch News

This Johnathan Alterman peice in the New Yorker (h/t atrios) really captures the full story of the News Journal’s demise.

Speaking of Delaware’s paper of record, has anyone seen what an eff’ed up mess the “improved” New Journal Web site is?

It looks like it was designed by someone who has never actually seen a web site, but has had them described to him by dyslexic 7th graders.

  1. True dat about the WNJ online. Haven’t they heard of a flow chart? A logical progression of information presented in an organized, hierarchical format>?>>>>>>>> Fuck~!

It is like a 500 pound couch potatoe with his shirt tails hanging out. Disgusting.

  2. Jason. your shameless stealing of Atrios’ work is ridiculous. No one would believe in a million years that you keep coming up with the same links after Atrios posts them week after week.
Just acknowledge where you are getting your post material. Sheet.

I brought up this despicable habit of yours at the EschaCon with several members of Media Matters and they said there are others who steal work and they know who is doing it. I didn’t mention which Delaware blogger regularly commits this sin of omission but since you continue to refuse to cite Atrios when you take stuff directly off of his site, you will soon be the topic at a bloggers ethics panel.

I spoke with Duncan Black and he is cool with me reading his site.

Anyway than you for the friendly reminder. to credit the links.

Are you planning to blog about your exerience, because I’d be interested to hear about what you got out of the conference.
