Turkey or ham? Both – we’re pro choice.

How amazing was the ham from Durham’s? I love their sandwiches, but I’ve never ordered a full meal from them.

Watching Mommom and her 7 daughter in laws 2 times a year make 20 dozen RAVIOLIS in the kitchen of her house on Linden and Union also do too.

My Uncle Bruno owning Del Campo bakery for 2 hours after he won it in a Poker game also might too.

But go ahead, try and make yourself feel better while you put me down I don’t mind. I find it amusing. I realize you might be reeling from your UEFA loss and need someone to vent on.

DV, you are the biggest bogus Italian I know. Ravioli’s?? Ravioli is already plural, in Italian. The singular I guess would be Raviolo – but I don’t think the singular is ever used. Who ever ate just one? You are out of the club paisiano.

My Dear Mother and I prepared Easter dinner together. I made a roast loin of pork and roasted potatoes. DM prepared Brussels sprouts, and sweet potato pie. It was a delicious meal. My Dear Father and Dear Brother enjoyed it, too.

My Easter dinner, a mid-day meal, was carrots, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, Ak Mak crackers and pumpkin bread on a campsite in Cape Henlopen State Park. You couldn’t ask for better.

The best method ever for cooking turkey is on the grill, IMNSHO. Collect the drippings while cooking and you can make an unbelievable gravy. I can’t remember the last time I cooked a turkey in the oven…

If you get that smoker, LG, you need to have Drinking Liberally at your house….

Last year we did a smoked ham and a smoked turkey breast. It was great.

I’m hoping for a smoker for my birthday this week. I’m going to have to try the grilled lamb, though…

My family hates ham and usually opts for turkey, but I find most people don’t know how to properly cook a turkey and it always comes out way too dry, which is why I’m partial to a nice, juicy ham. With a tasty fruit-and-mustard glaze, you can’t for wrong with a good ham.

I’m with Al too — when I’m cooking dinner Easter dinner is leg of lamb and spring veggies. Tonite, tho, it’s ham since I’m the guest this round.
