Translation: “I want to give more time to honing my knot-tying skills.”
Hutchison, by the way, is the good ol’ boy who convinced Dover city council to change the mayor’s salary from $5,000 to $50,000 — quite a sum for a job that consists mostly of playing golf. I wouldn’t look for any heavy lifting from Hutch — he seems to think he’s owed an ongoing living in addition to his pension.
