You say MON-oxide, I say DI-oxide, Let’s Call the Whole thing Off..
‘cus, you know EVERYBODY reads the corrections…
PARTY AFFILIATION INCORRECT: In a front-page story Sunday about thefts from the state escheat fund by Anthony Lofink, the political party of his father, state Rep. Vince Lofink of Bear, was incorrect. He is a Republican.
SPORTS TEAM HISTORY INCORRECT: A story in the Sunday’s sports section incorrectly stated the last time Woodbridge High School won the Henlopen Conference boys basketball championship. Woodbridge had not won the title since 1973, a span of 35 years. This was a reporting error.
HEADLINE INACCURATE: A headline in Saturday’s Local section about a woman who filed suit after the deaths of her husband and daughter incorrectly said she was the survivor of a deadly CO2 leak in their hotel room. It was a carbon monoxide leak.

Dear Jason, according to the right wing YOU are destroying America. How does this make you feel? Can we ask Dr. Liberal….
Comment by jason330 on 26 February 2008 at 2:58 pm:
Dr. Liberal will reveal all in the fullness of time.

Well, the D’s take a hit because the paper linked Lofink to us. But look on the other side: this couldn’t have happened unless Cordrey was asleep at the switch, and he’s a D. And the State Auditor said he couldn’t do anything because nobody would let him, (what?), and he’s an R.

Does anyone believe the paper just made a lil’ ole’ mistake !
There is enough public corruption to go round..thats why Delaware is 13th most corrupt in the nation….

Liz Allen, Delaware’s ultra-conservative partner of Christine O’Donnell, agrees with everything Christine says.
Oops. Its a mistake.

The party affiliation switch and the ‘CO2′ goof were a bit much. I suspect clumsiness rather than any agenda.
