“I liked the way Burris was expunged from history.”
She doesn’t talk to bloggers, remember? Dave told her “Then you are not talking to me.”
That was one of Dave’s better moments.
The odd thing is CC really is a blogger. She believes she’s not blogging because she once wrote for the NJ even though the NJ has reporters blogging for them.
In my first week on the job I tried to get her as a guest on my show — we worked together for years, and as far as I know we still have a good relationship. She turned me down and let me know she was not interested in being on the radio at any time. When I pointed out it would be good for her — um, “electronic newspaper” — she told me it was already getting all the readership it needed.
I especially liked this bit:
Any interest from Stephanie Ulbrich, a former state representative? “No,” she said, “but you’re the third person to ask.”
Where but at a Republican dinner would anyone ask that question?
That was a good one. I liked the way Burris was expunged from history.
The egotism of Lee is astounding:
>”I think I ought to keep a really low profile. I don’t want to appear to grab the standard,” said Lee, who was reached by telephone.<
The rumor is DE Goopers believe if they can but touch the hem of Lee’s sport jacket, they will be healed of their diseases.

I can’t imagine what I could have done to offend her….
Think you overturned an apple cart there somewhere, Dave…
