What, they couldn’t get to a thousand?

President Bush and top administration officials issued hundreds of false statements about the national security threat from Iraq in the two years following the 2001 terrorist attacks.

The study counted 935 false statements in the two-year period. It found that in speeches, briefings, interviews and other venues, Bush and administration officials stated unequivocally on at least 532 occasions that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction or was trying to produce or obtain them or had links to al-Qaida or both.

Bush led with 259 false statements, 231 about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and 28 about Iraq’s links to al-Qaida, the study found. That was second only to Powell’s 244 false statements about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and 10 about Iraq and al-Qaida.

    Typical liberal media trash.

If the Bush administration decided release falsehoods, you can be rest assured that it was for our own good.

Remember, liberals hate our freedom and taste like chicken.

Here is the best one. It came from one of my Jewish forums in Israel. They say that when Bush was in Israel he promised Netanyhu that he would support an all out nuclear attack against Iran! Now, these groups in Israel are not the Zionists who lead the country, they fight the zionists much like we fight against the neo cons. They are fearful that an all out nuclear attack will begin the worst world war the planet has ever seen. They are fearful that an attack on Iran could be the end of Israel. They truly want to negiotate peace with the Palestinans and actually have groups formed that have both sides to negiotate an agreement that would be suitable for both sides. If John McCain, “bomb bomb Iran is elected, or Rudy the can’t wait to get to Iran, or Romney, “I will send to the stone ages get elected…kiss your financial ass goodbye. Why should we americans trust anything coming out of republican mouths. This trickle down economy of the Great Reagun is still causing a trickle down to the poorest americans, and the slush went to the 1% who get the tax breaks. Never have we had a war that costing billions a month, and never had a tax increase to help pay for it. All the repukes who supposedly hate communism, don’t mind that the Chinese are holding our treasury notes, owning more and more interests in the US, and the trade agreements are so unfair, we may never get out of the mess created by the shock and awe of the Milt Freidman economics.

Nemski, did you just arrive on planet earth?

  3. Von Cracker says:

I believe Nemski was being sarcastic and was referring to a previous post about the savory chicken-like flavor of liberals…

Anyway, just like over here, the Israelis should know by now that everything that comes out of Bu$hCo’s coke-ravaged head is all lies, conjecture, and hyperbole.

What the Rethugs are doing, as it pertains to Iran, is shooting for the moon. In reality, they’re just hoping to drag the people just halfway there, with the desired outcome to be solidifying Iran as a legitimate boogeyman for future generations.

It fits the Rethug authoritarian MO:

“Naturally the common people don’t want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. …Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”

    – Hermann Göring

Von Cracker! you hit the jackpot! Repukes run on fear…fear the boogeman and there’s one under every rock. They have caused what will be a world wide DEPRESSION! If you google economic disaster coming…you will see the truth. It will be decades before we get our financial house right, so why should we believe one word from any of the repukes, and check the clouds being blue, when a democrat speaks.

We have neo cons on both sides of the aisle and Barack Obama is as bad or worse than Hillary. The more that is brought out about that guy, the more we should fear that if he becomes the nominee…..a repuke will be sitting in the White House this time next year.

Questions I would like to ask all the candidates….

Do you support the bill before the Senate called the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Act which allows the government to spy on all Americans Internet and email communications?

Do you support the Military Commission Act that empowers the president at his discretion to declare any U.S. citizen as an enemy combatant and be subjected to detention without charge or due process, which could include anti-war protesters?

Do you support the John Warner Defense Authorization Act which allows the president to declare a public emergency and station US military troops anywhere in America including inside our homes as well as take control of state based National Guard units without the consent of the governor in order to detain disorderly American citizens?

Do you support National Security Presidential Directive 51 which establishes a new post-disaster plan allowing the President to be charge of all three branches of government for as long the President determines the duration of a national emergency, instead of the Congress making that determination?

If you support these please tell me how is this different from a dictatorship?

  6. Von Cracker says:

I can’t consider Obama anywhere near to neocon status, Liz. The economy on the other hand….ugh!

  7. A. Bundy says:

Two questions for all of you:

    1. Did Kerry, Teddy K., Bill and Hill Clinton, John D. Rock., Al Gore, Pelosi, etc. etc. etc., all of your leaders, did they lie about Iraq as well? Because many of them made very strong statements about Iraq.

    or

    2. Are they all just so weak and easily duped that they were tricked by the evil mastermind that is George Bush…some even before he took office?

  8. publius says:

    Dear Hero A. Bundy-

All the democriminals lie. You and I know that real heroes like Rush and The Leader always, always tells the truth like a great sun burning away the deciptive lies of evil-anrco-demonazis and their islamofsiguts allies.

Hero McCain always tells the truth always, always so make sure you vote for him to keep our Thousand year party going. You Hero A. Bundy are a real hero of the Glorious Conservative Cultural Revolution!
