Funny how our expectations have been so debased during the Bush years. Things that would have been scandals ten years are greeted with a big “oh well.”

But Jason, according to the Mayor of Muqtadiya, four severed heads is a 20% reduction from the same time last year. Oh wait, that was Mayor Street who said that.
