Nominations: Best Blog in Delaware 2007

This is straightforward enough.  Which blog was the best overall for the year?  Delaware Liberal?  FSP?  DWA?  How about Tommywonk or Kavips?  Make your nomination in the comments section and the voting will commence Saturday and conclude on Monday, when all results will be revealed.

So far, with Tommywonk’s environmental blog and the wind farm’s heading the races, I feel good going into the new year.

  3. G Rex

What about Celia Cohen’s blog? I hear that’s a heck of a blog. Then there’s always Jerry Fulcher’s serious legitimate writing blog…

  4. disbelief

Why don’t we wait till the Bloggers Gala and have a huge fist fight?

  5. I’ll have to go with Tommywonk as well. He sets the bar for accurate and unbiased reporting.

  6. Wow. Another issue upon which Dana and I agree.

    Tommywonk.

    Substance over everything else.

  7. Whoever YOU want it to be

Why are state & city issues lumped together?

  8. Whoever,

They all take place in Delaware. It’s a finite set. Make the call. What’s worse, sidewalk-gate or the windfarm debacle? Click one, please…

  9. To be more clear, this is not WilmingtonLiberal.net. Feel free to start a blog with that name. This poll is for Delaware.

Wilmington is a subset of Delaware and as such, is eligible. It just so happens that Wilmington is quite well represented in this poll. Feel free to congratulate the Mayor when you see him. He’s won another award.

Tommywonk’s blog is superb but the transformation of Delaware Liberal is phenomenal. [I just re-read the WNJ interview with Matthews and Garrett published last January, BTW, Delaware blogging has come a hell of long way in one year!]

  12. You city folk need to read more of our fine blog down here in Sussex County, TalkofDelmarva.com.

  13. Duly noted, Maria. And since it’s from Sussex, we won’t have to worry about those pesky multisyllabic words… 🙂

  14. what?

Maria, you are one of us city folk.

Geez geek, can’t you check your spam box !!! this is killing me.

  16. I nominate FSP, just to show how open-minded and inclusive we are.

I posted a few times today, alas, still not getting published.
I did forget the slamming WGMD blog MAria! Your work this year was outstanding.

  18. David

    Cormier’s blog

  19. “Since Art Downs writes from Delaware”

Not one DE blog listed on his blogsite as far as I can tell; not even another DE wingnut site listed like his own.

He might write from DE, but his blog is not in it.
